I really enjoy dining at this restaurant. What stands out to me the most is the exceptional staff. They are friendly, attentive, and know how to engage with customers. This is currently my favorite restaurant in Toronto. View all feedback.
What Manpreet Singh doesn't like about Bengali Sweets:
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. They overcharge for their items, such as charging $11 for less than a pound of basan, which is typically priced at around $6 at other shops. They also charged me $24 for 2 pounds of gulab jamun and barfi mix, totaling up to $34 for sweets that would normally cost less than $20 elsewhere. There is no oversight on the weight of the sweets, so they will charge you whatever they please... View all feedback.
It stands to be friendly in a review for a shop that does not even wear a plant-based article? A star if I... Service wouldn't even ask someone else, maybe you have more luck.
Reduced portion size and overpriced than earlier, food was also cold. They used to send yogurt and salad with the paranthas earlier, and with kulcha they would give yogurt too. Everything was missing. Not worth it at all. Very disappointed.
I find Poori tasteless. Other items tastes okay. I had good experience eating at store not good when ordered. Restaurant name is Bengali but food tastes Punjabi.
I visited your restaurant solely for the high quality of the food. However, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service skills exhibited by the staff. I urge you to focus on improving your customer service by 100%.
Worst jalebi I ever had in my life till now.It had such a weird taste and wasn’t fresh at all. Will never ever visit here again and won’t recommend it to anyone.
