The service went from... read more This is the first time I've given a restaurant a poor rating on OpenTable. Dinner started off well, but things took a turn during dessert. The service went from being extremely attentive to completely nonexistent. It took 42 minutes for our dessert to arrive after our main course, which is simply unacceptable. The server clearly forgot about it. I had to shout to get attention from the front desk after being ignored for exactly 20 minutes. During this time, my sparkling water order, which I had paid for, was never topped up. They might as well have just left the bottle on the table if they weren't going to serve it. For a high-end restaurant, this experience was disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I will definitely let my friends know how much of a waste of time this place has become.

Will definitely come back for the food even though they are PRICY. The service here is terrible I have never experienced service like this before) the dish came up very slow. And for the whole night, our table felt like being ignored. We could not find our server during the dinner. Even we were reached out to other server, they just said yes and ignored our request. When we were ready to leave, we stood at our table and then waited at the entrance for around 10 minutes to get a server to get our jackets back. If these were your service standard, I have no words to say. But if not, I hope the restaurant can train your staff better, otherwise, more customers will left angrily.
