It is always worth the trip to the Danforth for a reliably great meal. A variety of cold brews await in this charming pub. Crispy coated tender calamari came with a gently spiced Mongolian fire sauce. Both mains were enjoyed and served piping hot. The Dublin Lamb Shank with Champ is a must have. This place has a very nice backyard patio. It's a good place to grab a few drinks and chill with your buddies. We got seats which were in the walkway of the patio so my friends sitting on the outer side had to move their chairs frequently when any server passed. Luckily, our server upgraded us to the patio after a couple of minutes so that was avoided later. Their service is amazing but the food is not up to the mark... View all feedback.
Allen's has been a regular of mine for years warm and cozy in the winter with delicious comfort food.
A very disappointing experience I have to say.went there with a lot of hopesthe food was good but the service was absolutely terribleunfortunately
They are trying to be fine dining when they are nothing more than a pub. My first and likely last visit to this "joint".
Stop by for a bite to eat before seeing a show at The Danforth Music Hall! Great food, patio, atmosphere fantastic servers! Highly recommend: Roasted Chicken Pizza
