Around 2:15pm today, I’m the next inline, i saw how she treat the old indian women because of wrong pin number she entered .. the staff old asian wearing a yellow uniform soooo rude and arrogant.. i talk to her asking why she treat the customer like that and she’s explaining to me a loud voice ? i felt she is exhausted.. im so disappointed to her and I can’t buy anything.. Disgusting attitude . money thrown at me and just all around bad service. They need to know they have a business still standing because of customers unless they are apart of a society. You are actually paying $15.00 for a container of noodles and rice and 3 tiny morsels of meat.Smh.
I always get the shrimp fried rice because they make it fresh for you and give a big portion. I get 8-9 shrimps in mine when I order.Other menu items come in big portions too. My go to when I'm at this food court.
The staff is friendly and polite, but the food is only average.
The service at this restaurant is subpar. They only give you a very minimal amount of napkins, and when you ask for more, they may give you only two. Additionally, the extra sides are priced too high.
As a local business owner, this is my go-to restaurant for Chinese food. I have been dining here for over 7 years and have never been disappointed. My usual order is Steamed Rice, Broccoli, and General Tso's Chicken, which is always fresh and flavorful. The General Tso's Chicken is the best I've ever had. The staff is friendly and patient, even when dealing with picky and indecisive customers. Keep up the good work, I appreciate you all!
