I called to book a room, simply asking if there was a time limit to cancel it due to the last minute engagement, not only did they respond badly, but they also... read more I called to book a room, simply asking if there was a time limit to cancel it due to the last minute engagement, not only did they respond badly, but they also hung my phone in the face. Perhaps to say that we are deleting in tot days next time could lead to a better dialogue. If he had made me finish talking, maybe I would have explained and asked more. Very rude.

The owner was extremely nice a... read more We discovered this quaint, family-owned hotel where the owners are actively involved at the registration desk and in the kitchen. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming. Alex, our waiter at dinner, spoke very good English and was very polite. The food at the restaurant was AMAZING, accompanied by a breathtaking view. Alex also provided us with excellent suggestions for points of interest around Lake Como. We even rented a boat and drove it ourselves! Our room was charming and offered a fantastic view. The service was impeccable. We highly recommend this hotel—A+
