I don't know, because I didn't get to try it. taken away a boy who was very courteous, all the owners were extremely rude, so that we could leave before we had a meal. We had been misguided because we had two dogs on the line. Knowing that it's not easy to host, we spent half the morning to book for lunch and ask if the dogs would cause problems. We immediately saw that we were bothering, but then they told us they'd fix us on the terrace in a secluded place. we thanked, asking only not to give us a place in full sun (there were over 30 degrees) both for us, but especially not to take a heat blow to dogs. We've been told not to worry. So let's go quietly to take a walk back to our agreed time (at 14 o'clock) we find out that the table we were given was in full sun. We ask for an alternative solution and say that we would also have waited (although it was already 14) and we feel like saying so bad that maybe they could do something for us after half an hour, 3 quarters of an hour. We would have also waited, if they had secured us a place, which is not safe. to which, we said that I am not the only restaurant in the area and we happily changed destination. qu

Our meal centred around fish which all came direct from the Milan fis... read more The ambience is a bit dated but the view of the lake is eternal and the food is excellent. Our meal centred around fish which all came direct from the Milan fish market which is one of the best in Italy. We started of with variety of marinated (soused) fish which is known as in carpione in Italian. It was perfect as sometimes this dish can taste too strongly of vinegar either because some use too much or use an inferior quality not in this case. This was followed up with an excellent moules marinières. For most of the table the next dish revolved around lobster (astice) and there was the possibility of tasting it both with spaghetti in a light tomato sauce or served simply grilled. Both very tasty. One of us had turbot which, though I did not try it, look perfect. The meal concluded with a fresh fruit tart. Each of us received at the beginning of the meal an individual bag of bread and a selection of grissini (breadsticks). Finally, I must emphasize that the service was extremely attentive and friendly.
