Small and friendly hotel in the center of Torhout, not far from Brugges and an hour from Dunkirk. Rooms are clean and simple with all the usual amenities, including coffee/tea in room, TV and very comfortable mattresses. Staff are very friendly and professional. Brasserie food is good and reasonably priced. And, of course, the beer is good. Stayed here before heading to UK for Christmas. So glad I found it. Torhout is a small but lively town, not overrun with tourists and the locals are super friendly.
