What User doesn't like about Chen's Garden:
One and a half hours waiting for our dish. After complaining, we got three of the four soups. Since we had to keep going, we couldn't wait for our main dish. ultimately, $40 should pay for some water, some soup. zero communication and zero apologies. Parking: $1020. View all feedback.
