First of all, a mega cozy case! Everything fits the theme. The vegan sauce was super good with taste. You can veganize certain hot dogs and the servers knew very well which one. Price is definitely super good. Maybe a tip: A plate and a knife would be useful. Besides, the bread was huge, too, but a real rapist, especially as a student. View all feedback.
The hot dogs at this restaurant are incredibly tasty, with the option of a vegan "sausage" available. The menu features around seven different types of hot dogs, with four of them able to be made vegan. The portion sizes are large and filling for one person. The restaurant tends to get very busy, so there may be a long wait for your food. A complimentary beer was also offered.
I am thrilled that we stumbled upon PAULA Mostaert, a unique cafe owned by Sara and Siggy, while exploring Bruges. I tried the Seitanist hot dog and a couple of Phallus cocktails, a tasty creation by Sara that has become my new favorite drink. The atmosphere was laid-back with ambient lighting and an upstairs terrace. If I could give them 5 stars, I would - thank you, guys! I wish they were located in the USA, but I'll just have to plan a return trip for another visit.

Delicious food, pleasant ambience and very sympathetic :
There is a vegan hot dog available on the menu, and two other options can be made vegan by replacing the meat dog with a vegan hot dog while keeping the cheese. The vegan dishes come with a French-style hard bread instead of the typical sandwich. I ordered the Skirt of Casbah, which came with hummus, tomatoes, arugula, and cashews for 9.5€. The portion was large, with the bread and hot dog being too big to eat with my hands in one bite, so I had to ask for cutlery. However, since the dish was served in a basket, it was a bit awkward to eat with utensils. The vegan hot dog was a decent sausage but not to my taste, and there was too much bread relative to the filling. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant had a cozy, old-fashioned atmosphere. It is worth noting that the restaurant is not easily accessible, as the entrance and exit involve narrow and steep stairs.
