Description

Rabaiotti's Cwmbran, established in 1959, is facing challenges as both food quality and service slip from their once high standards. Diners have reported extended wait times and lackluster presentation, leaving some meals cold and unappealing. While the service has had highlights with friendly staff, negative experiences, including rude interactions and uncomfortable seating, have marred visits. Patrons lament high prices for subpar offerings, especially when competing establishments provide better value. Despite a few positive notes on the freshness of certain dishes, the overall sentiment suggests that Rabaiotti's needs to improve significantly to retain its loyal customer base.

Came for a snack before the pantomime.Moved 3 times before we found seats that weren't broken or taped up and even then they were shallow and uncomfortable and too close to the seats behind. Not impressed with the food prices,£3.50 for one round of cheese on toast,£2.70 for a very small Cappuccino, one third of which was froth.Everything is very dated so as someone else has mentioned with so many cafés in Cwmbran they need to up their game and lower the prices. In Warren's Bakery for £4.99 you get a toastie, any hot drinks and a packet of crisps.

On Monday morning I went into this astablishment as I sometimes do for my breakfast instead of being greeted by the usual lady who's loverly and always goes above and beyond for customers..only to be met by a large blonde lady wearing hair nett she was so rude and her face was enough to turn the milk sour.Luckily Another member of staff a loverly lady served me as I was going to take my buissness elsewhere I was so upset! Luckily the lady that served me was so helpful and polite.however I won't be going in again as the experience has left me a little shook up!! Way to much to deal with when having breakfast

Don't bother going there some of the staff are ok but most are miserable and down right rude. Food is awful my partner had the breakfast and she said it was lovely. My steak and kidney pie tasted like it was 3 weeks old awful experience. The boss needs to send them on a customer course

My elderly father and I have been going to Rabaiotti’s Cwmbran for many years and have found both the food and service to be generally very good. However of late the service and the presentation of the food has fallen quite sharply. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a small cooked breakfast this wasn’t the first time) and when I finally received it, it was cold and thrown on the plate without any regard for its presentation. There are so many other eateries now in Cwmbran that unless they pull their socks up it will close which would be very sad having been established since 1959.
