While outdoor seating is ample, inside remains cramped, and busy drives often lead to frustration as patrons are served unevenly. Yet, a small number of diners praise the food quality, indicating that positive experiences can be found, albeit inconsistently. Overall, improvement in management and training is needed for a better dining experience.

There is ample outdoor seating at this restaurant, but limited seating inside. On a Saturday lunchtime, there was a large, fast-moving queue at the Drive-Thru, with customers seemingly being served before those utilizing the Click and Serve spaces. The restaurant was generally busy, but it is easy to enter and exit if you are in the area. It is also easier than attempting to navigate and park at the central Cwmbran McDonald's.
During non-peak times it's fairly quick and easy, very busy on peak times though! Food is usually good though.
Food not that warm, as the staff puts it together then leave it by the open window. When staff told about this they dont particularly care. No atmosphere..
