First order from here. Delivered at least twenty minutes earlier than original time. Start with the negatives which are the chips. Poor quality. Don't get a large as not needed. Beef chow mein was spot on with a good level of meat and nice noodles. Singapore fried rice wasn't very spicy but good consistency. Top quality prawn crackers. Overall this has a good quality level of food. View all feedback.
Absolutely disgusting food called in with fast Eddie and got crispy Duck and pancakes with salt and pepper chicken and chips, the chicken bounced like a powerball down the street, chips are raw and hard. The duck Jesus. Hirst it’s still quacking. Stay away from this place where the chef is obviously learning from a early learning book.
We ordered online and was estimated a 45-60 minute wait. We Waited 2.5 hours for average albeit hot food. We could not get through on the phone line to find out what was happening with our order it said busy all the time. Went there after 2.5 hours only to be told that it had just left with the delivery and they said sorry. Was given no explanation as to why it’s taken 2.5 hours for a chow mien, chips and fried rice. We understand about ordered in front of ours and we wouldn’t say so much if not for the fact there was a huge lack of communication and false waiting times issued.
The last three times we’ve ordered as a family they have always left something off and come up with some excuse but if you order off just eat they seem to get it right strange
