We made a reservation online through an app, which was a convenient way to secure a table for a specific day and time. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated and greeted warmly by our server. I had a smoked haddock fish cake that was extremely hard, making me wonder what was actually in it. There seemed to be no skilled cook or chef present, and it was served cold. My friend had salmon that lacked flavor and was leaking white juices from being overcooked.
