What Lynne F doesn't like about The Skipper Inn:
We went to this pub for our Sunday Roast after seeing it advertised while having a drink one evening. The carvery was tasty and there was plenty of it. The prices for drinks were very reasonable. If we find ourselves in this area again, we would definitely come back. It reminded us of what a pub used to be like: good food, drinks, and a welcoming local atmosphere. View all feedback. What François Gagné likes about The Skipper Inn:
brilliant carvery, 2 meats choice of pute gammon bark or pork today with many beside dishes. very nicely opened from 12 to 4 and if they want to take a carvery, they bring their own plate and they will take it away for them View all feedback.

read moreThe Skipper Inn offers a traditional, tasty Sunday roast in a welcoming local atmosphere. While some patrons found the service lacking warmth, others praised the delicious carvery selection. The pub, though in need of a refurb, serves up a great meal with accommodating staff. Visitors enjoyed the buffet lunch, finding it delicious and plentiful. Families found the Sunday carvery to be a gem, with friendly service and home-cooked food. Overall, a great spot for a classic pub meal in Brixham, especially recommended for Sunday roast lovers in search of a warm atmosphere and hearty portions.
