A party of 10 we paid £25 per person for cocktail making experience.. on arrival nothing was explained to us .. we had 90 minutes with one member of staff whom was new and in experienced.. let me say it wasn’t her fault she had been put in the deep end…she would help us make our own cocktails which imagine 10 people.. took forever to get a drink..one game which wasn’t even explained was total shambles. Harry and amy were fabulous with their customer service. they were friendly, funny. I missed a deal with cocktails and harry took his own time to come and it out to save me money! I am very impressed by their service.
I've been here several times and every time I've met with smiling faces and the point service. Alex is so wonderful, easy to approach and she will go beyond and beyond to make sure that her experience is great. today I met the new deputy manager niell. what a happy smile, and with my friends who came from my hometown, he was amazing. they have revolutionized a great team in just two. bravo
I had a hit for nye. great music and diverse human party. the place is perfect for pre-drinks or a fully blown night outside. Bar staff were friendly and efficient.
Really lovely! Staff were absolutely amazing! Couldn’t recommend enough!!! Jas is absolutely lovely for our cocktail making and amazing!
