This is the oldest cafe in Babbacombe, the quality and quantity of this very busy cafe speaks volumes as to why it is so popular. I would go so far as to say that it is a local institution. The menu is varied from first class roast to full english breakfast and the prices are very good in fact I do not know how he can produce such quality at the prices charged. It is what it says it is a good honest cafe. View all feedback.
I visit this cafe most days for breakfast or lunch and the food is excellent. The breakfast start from a small breakfast to gigantic “Navvy” special. Lunches of Roast Beef, Roast Chicken, Cottage Pie and many daily specials including Fish, Curries, Ham Egg Chips . Give it a try. Great value for money. Situated in St Anne’s Road at the corner of Reddenhill Road.
I visited this small café for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely food and clean atmosphere. The food was prepared by an older gentleman and we were served by a friendly young man, both of whom were very polite. The café had a charming atmosphere and we will definitely return next time we are in the area.
Been using this place for an English breakfast lately. Handy because it's open at 7.30. Breakfast here is plentiful and certainly not greasy. One of the better ones in Torquay.

This is a very popular cafe and Ian the owner has been there for many years. He has lots of locals and the food is good and reasonably priced.
