As a truck driver, I parked my truck and found the lobby w... read more I want to express my gratitude to the KFC staff in Toppenish for going above and beyond their duties. As a truck driver, I parked my truck and found the lobby was closed, but they kindly offered to serve me through the drive-thru. However, the line was quite long. To my surprise, a young lady came out to take my order personally. Once it was ready, a young man came to deliver my food directly to me. I am incredibly thankful for the wonderful service I received there. After a few tough weeks on the road, it was refreshing to be treated so kindly. Once again, thank you, and God bless!

We don't ever get condiments.sporks to eat with butter honey for Biscuit no napkins nothing u can ask for it but u never get it. I mean really hard up to save a buck well thats gonna loose customers for sure...and the chicken was dry and hard u couldn't even eat it. Really owner manager and crew is this how u would like to be treated when u go to fast food restraunts.
