Tacos El Mexicano - Topeka

We lucked out and caught taco Tuesday here. Tacos were $1.50 each. The hard shells were fresh made and soft shells were very tasty. Their salsa was some of the best salsas we had ever tried. Very fresh. Close to the highway, so if you want a snack while traveling, try these guys out. They will beat out any chain fast food garbage you’ll find elsewhere. And you’ll be supporting a local biz, which also feels good.

The food was ok except for the salsa and cheese sauce. It's like it had water in it. Plus, the service was bad.

I love this place. The food is great, the people are great, and the prices can't be beat for the quality of food you're getting. Portions are just the right size. This is definitely my favorite place for Mexican food in Topeka.

They won’t or don’t know how to make a shrimp burrito.

Lady that was helping us was very rude. We tipped a generous amount and she gave us the worst service you could imagine. When she gave us the wrong order she refused she did it wrong. Food quality was terrible with very fatty meats that were super greasy disgusting. 0/5 stars are deserved! BE BETTER!
