You guys can never get my order right ever time I go through here I say I'm going to give you guys another chance but man enough is enough. Everytime I go you can never get the toppings right, I ask for onions and you guys just pile onions on high and that's all you can taste, since when did we have to I pay $7 for two slices of meat on a footlong? Are we just going to eat bread? And when I ask for extra mayo I don't mean cover the whole sandwich in mayo. Please just train your employees better.
The employees at this restaurant were fantastic and provided amazing service in a clean and pleasant environment. The Wendys across the street could learn a thing or two from them. I visited on the night shift of 1/27/20 and the staff there were truly amazing. The manager should definitely take notice of them.
I ordered from this store through DoorDash as I don't have a vehicle to get there in person. They charged me for a Footlong The Boss on Italian Herb Cheese and gave me a 6 inch on plain Italian. Then they refused to do a partial refund, only allowing for me to find some way to get the sandwich back. Do not order from this restaurant ever! My partner found a sharp strip of foil packaging inside her tuna sandwich—pulled it from her mouth. When I called the Subway on Topeka Blvd, the assistant manager offered to remake only one sandwich and didn’t take it seriously. We’ve kept the foil and the food in case this needs to go further. Got some coupons from subway and went to a subway to redeem them. person said subway doesn't accept coupons because it was privately owned. how am i gonna receive coupons that aren't valid for the store it's sent from? wont be spending any money at the jew bank owned store anytime again, they have enough money apparently Service: 1
