Several times, we tried to order ahead, and that was unavailable. We would prefer a place that has consistency. Maybe workers are not showing up on time or at all, but you can correct this by hiring others.As for the atmosphere, I would prefer more classic music in the background. My first time there ....it was nice not many people...the cookies I got not so good bland taste...my mocha frappe was the best.even tho my name was spelled wrong on my order ... simple name...many spelling
