I recently had lunch at this restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience. The food was delicious and definitely deserving of a perfect score. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made dining here a pleasure. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend this spot for a fantastic lunch!.
What Matt I dislikes about Barbwire Barbecue:
I really wanted to like this place more. I ordered a bloody mary and the out of the chute. The bloody mary was really good, I liked the (I believe bbq rub) rimmed glass. The sandwich was not good. Every bite of meat was filled with fat. Lots of fat in that brisket and just made it bleuh. For $13 I felt like it should of came with a side. I devoured my sandwich so quickly that I forgot to snap a photo. Here are the remnants of the best barbecue I've tasted since John Brown's last stand with the goat.
I sampled five different meats and three side dishes, and everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly as well. Thank you!
Eder at the counter, when they're through talking to each other. They're out of brunt ends. The ribs definitely tasted parboiled. That's not what a want in a fall off the bone tender. Even if they had done the foul wrap at the end I don't think it would have contrates this flavor. The brisket was good. Ambiance small town BBQ style with outdoor seating. They were also pretty expensive for serving size. Wanted to like it.
We love to eat at this country gem! The bbq is meaty and roasted to perfection. The brisket is served in saucy chunks without a lot of fat. Perfect paired with their cole slaw, baked beans or roasted Brussel sprouts. Top it off with homemade dessert for a meal you will remember. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
