That's not what a want in a fall off the bone tender. Even if they had done the foul wrap at the end I don't think it would have contrates this flavor. The brisket was good. Ambiance small town BBQ style with outdoor seating. They were also pretty expensive for serving size. Wanted to like it.

We were looking for something with... read more Our family of 7 dropped in here based on google reviews on our way through the Kansas City area on a cross-country road trip. We were looking for something with counter service, and reasonable prices and this fit the bill! It was a Saturday evening and the place was about half full. Plenty of parking and serious down home feel. The ladies at the counter were so helpful in finding options that would feed the family. We ordered meat by the pound and then ordered sides (mac n cheese, fries, hushpuppies, beans) to finish the meal. Food was quick and delicious. Our family finished off the plates happily. So yummy.
