I... read more I found a hair in my son's burger, which can happen, and I wasn't too upset about it. However, when I went to request a remake, the employee seemed irritated. I didn't expect anything for the mistake; I just wanted the food I had paid for to be redone. Unfortunately, the remake took a long time, so I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of needing my order corrected.

I was waiting for help from an employee to tell them I was there for a DoorDash and they were just standing around doing nothing. Then when I finally received help several minutes later a guy rudely said “she didn’t say anything to me? Did she say anything to you guys?” what happened to greeting someone when they walk through the door instead of forcing a customer to yell for help? That’s so ridiculous. Yall should be the ones asking me if I need help, not the other way around.
