Brian is an amazing server. My mom ordered the lobster bisque, which was delicious. Brian recommended the pound and a half crab legs and they were spot on. Everything on my plate was fantastic, and if I couldn't finish it, I know I could take it home. Fresh seafood can be hard to come by in Kansas, but Red Lobster has it down to a science. We were seated right away because they were not busy. However, we waited at our table for over 15 minutes without seeing our server. My husband had to go find one and found out the server didn't know we were seated. Our biscuits didn't come out until after our food arrived at the table. Great service by brand s am topeka, ks location. eating was really good. while the seafood cannot be as good as my home state maine, my wife and mother in law were very happy.
Food is still good, service is still good. Alcohol was great. Prices are on the high side. However, I feel the quality of the food was worth it. I went in the middle of the week and found that it wasn't to busy. Was seated right away and didn't have to wait long for the food. Service was good with friendly staff.
Went in with my daughter and granddaughter for a late lunch. The server got us an appetizer and drinks and then apologized that they were short-handed. The manager was cooking. We started to give him our order, and he excused himself to grab another customer's meal that had come up. When he returned, he started to take our order and then said he was sorry, but it was now 2 minutes past 3 so he would need to collect our menus and bring us dinner menus. I asked since our ticket was opened at 2:15 that we get the lunch, but he said the system was based on the clock when the items were ordered. I had something similar happen in the past, and the server either removed our drinks to lower our ticket or comped an item but that didn't happen. We were set covid aware, so there were only 2 tables in our area that were active. We got our salads, and the server brought out 2 baskets of biscuits to our neighboring table. When we asked for biscuits, he said the kitchen was way behind and it could be 15 to 20 minutes for fresh ones. We worked on our salads and before they were half gone the server arrived with our meal and biscuits. Our meals were good and tasted good. Since they were dinner-sized, we asked for to-go boxes. When the server returned he brought 2 boxes. We had 3 meals. Anyway, he was gone for about 10 minutes. When he returned he got the third to-go box and apologized that the other area in the restaurant had a server not show so he was handling them. We paid and as we have family that are servers we tipped well, but were a bit unhappy with how things went.

I will not return and I will let my friends know that Red Lobster is not what it used to be. No thanks!
Hostest was eating and on her phone when we came in, not a great welcoming for a chain restaurant. Came in with my daughter, food was great. Waiter/bartender was good at first as we were his only table. Once more came in, we were lost, sat for 20 minutes as he serviced 2 ladies at the bar, and never came by. Asked for our check and a to go box, brought out bill, but no box. Asked for the box, he said, oh yea.. Definitely not the greatest service at all. We'll definitely not be back as service was below par. Restaurant wasn't busy at all, and the waiter wasn't welcoming nor friendly. Need to work on your hospitality with your employees. Waiter was very dry.
