He took it upon himself to label it with a different name that... read more Ordered a sub here and when asked for my name. I gave the guy at the register my PREFERRED name. He took it upon himself to label it with a different name that I did not give him. The name he put in place of what I told him was then announced to the entire establishment when my order was brought out.I won’t be back here again.

Just enough crunch with eve... read more Sandwich was IMMACULANT!!! Ughh I cannot express it enough how delicious it is! Bread was soft on the inside, toasty on the outside. Just enough crunch with every bite! I got the CheeseSteak Sandwich and it’s nothing compared to other sub restaurants. The cheese stretch with every bite (chefs kiss) ?. Shoutout to Melissa who made my sandwich did a very AWESOME JOB!! And HUGE shoutout to Ethan, as soon as I walked in the door he was ready to take my order! I told him to give me a minute so I can look at the menu since it was my first time coming here, and he took the time to briefly explain to me of what they offer! We told me if I didn’t want a certain veggies I can always substitute with something else or if I wanted I could even make my own sub!! And he asked me if I wanted to after I finish, he can tell me about the deals they have going on every week! I will definitely be coming back!! As I’m now finishing my sandwich I can’t stop thinking how ing delicious it was!!?

There were two staff members in the back who appeared to be engrossed in conversation the entire time. I attempted to get their attention by shouting "Hello" a few times, but they completely ignored us. We ultimately didn’t place an order because we weren’t sure how to get service. If you’re going to open for business, please be more professional in your approach.

This name was then announced loudly to the whole restaurant when my order was ready. I won't be returning.
