Mcdonald's - Topeka

When fast food can't be put together in an edible way and they miss the most simple requests they're not worth going to anymore. I asked for no onions so of course it looks like they put on extra onions. Once I removed all of the onions I noticed that centering up some cheese on a burger patty is apparently a skill that you need to attend college or a trade school to master. I am ready for the switch over to the robots.

The restroom was disgusting, I informed the cashier and he said they couldn't clean it right now. I finished my meal and my husband asked another employee to clean it and she blew him off. For the third try I asked for the manager and she got it done. It shouldn't take that much effort.

Joan the manager was very rude to me cussing at me because I asked if they had milkshakes after 12 when he hung up on me the first time. He threatened to call the police as well thinking I was a “prank caller”.

I get off work very late at night sometimes and they’re good is always good. Even at 3am it’s good, I always drive here instead of the other McDonald’s.

Not going to lie. I usually don't have too much hope for this location. However my last three orders have been correct! So maybe things will be turning around!
