What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I called in July 2022 to place an order for four lunches for my friends. I was told that I needed to call 24 hours in advance for an order of that size. The person who answered the phone even chuckled and mentioned that this is what the manager requires. If this is how you handle customer orders, I would rather take my business elsewhere. My last two delivery orders took about an hour to get to my house which is fairly close to the store. I ordered today during my son‘s naptime and I just now got my sandwiches a full hour later.
Will forge tips on reciepts and managers won't do anything for you, try reaching out to the franchise owner and nothing. So definitely wouldn't recommend ordering here.
Great Sandwiches!! I Recommend The Hunters Club If Your A Fan Of Roast Beef. Two Of The Most Popular Items Are The Beach Club (Turkey, Cheese, And Avocado) And Italian Nightclub (Roast Beef, Ham, And Cheese). Their Jimmy Peppers Aren't Too Spicy, The Jimmy Mustard Goes Well On Most Meats, And The Sauce And Oregano Are A Must On My Sandwich!
Got my order on top and ready and it was delicious, and my platter is always on time and ready for pick up
This is my go to place for subs! It's delicious and everyone is on point and super professional and friendly!
