My waitress seemed upset about the situation, and I completely understand why, especially with the lack of communication. When my waitress asked this late server to give a heads-up next time, the response was unnecessary and confrontational, which was disheartening to witness. I felt bad that my waitress had to deal with that kind of behavior. Overall, I’m giving my waitress five stars for her excellent service!

That's when we came up with a great idea: we checked our route and called the next Denny's, about an hour away, to place our order for pick-up. We ordered nine cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks to go and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. When we finally got our meal, it was spot on! Those were, without a doubt, the best burgers we’ve ever tasted. They say that hunger is the best sauce, and it certainly felt that way. Thank you, Denny's, for being open on Christmas Day! You saved the day!

I loved her energy and her attention to d... read more We went in the middle of the night. Now I didnt have high expectations due to the late hour. Our waitress was awesome! I loved her energy and her attention to detail. Drinks stayed full, checked on us but didnt check too much. Even remembered the dessert I wanted to order after the meal when I forgot. Stellar. Atmosphere was mostly quiet. It picked up a little but then It quieted down again. Lighting was perfect In our booth. It was cool so a nice difference from outside. The food fell short. I had chicken strip meal and my husband had chicken fried chicken. Everything else was okay but the fried chicken parts were overcooked and lightly burned. Seemed that the fryer may have been set a bit high or they just accidently got left in too long. These things happen and we know this place is great most nights as we used to come here in our youth around thst hour after work every week. And every crew has always been amazing. Just wasnt a great night for fried chicken. I will still be returning in the future. One rough night does not erase years of great food and service.
