Was Aletha Morar at Culver's a mag?
The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the service is always courteous. My only issue has been that I've never received ketchup for my fries when using the drive-through. I’ve requested it, but it never seems to show up in the bag. It's like it disappears into another dimension while I’m on the road—quite the mystery! View all feedback.

I stopped by Culver's drive-through for a milkshake tonight, and I was quite disappointed. The girl serving me scooped the shake from a large can that looked unclean, added some strawberries, and mixed it up. When I received it, there was no thickness at all—just a strawberry-flavored liquid. Hate to do this however others have posted my complaint and before I posted this review I called the manager and she told me she needed to train her employees better. For the third time we got concretes that were melted to milk not even malt consistency!Probably made and left too longer took ten minutes to get. Employee could see it was melted and from another review a month agoasking employees for another correct one does not work. I have been in many Culver's in the country and the food , concretes,and service is the worst ever at this store. Never again!
We at there on 7/19.. we were missing food ordered and the guy at the counter basically refused to make it right. My son got a mushroom swiss burger and there were no mushrooms. The staff acted like it was an chore to be at work. No smiles or even wantingto correct messed up orders. We won't be returning to this location.
We've visited several Culver's locations over the years. Being a franchise, the menu can vary somewhat from one place to another. The meals are tasty and reasonably priced. On this occasion, we tried the burgers, which were decent. The desserts were enjoyable but not particularly memorable. Definitely try the root beer—it's fantastic!

It's easy to see why there was a long line at Freddy's across the street at 9:30 while we were the only customers in this drive-through.
