This is a unique and charming place to take the grandkids. It's always clean, and the friendly staff does an excellent job of explaining everything. Recently renovated, all the activities work wonderfully!
The pizza was dry, but the kids had a great time at the birthday party. The staff were mostly good. Overall, it was just okay.
I would rate this restaurant with 5 stars due to their outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the birthday girl felt truly special and had a great time. They accommodated our entire party exceptionally well and even offered some complimentary drinks in addition to what we ordered. Thank you for making our celebration a memorable one!
We didn't end up staying at the restaurant. It had been a long time since our last visit, and we were surprised to see that the salad bar cost $10.99 per person. They had also changed the system for kids playing the games; now they wear a watch-like device that allows them to play for about 30 minutes for approximately $15. You can only pause it once, either for a meal or a bathroom break—how is that enjoyable? There are no tokens anymore, so if an adult wants to join in and play Skee Ball or another game, does that mean another $15? We found a better deal just down the street.
I hosted a birthday party here, and it was decent overall. The prices have definitely gone up since they switched to the wristband system. The salad bar didn’t seem as fresh as it used to be, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The place also appeared to be clean.
