What User likes about Encores at the Empire Theatre:
First time at Encores and enjoyed a nice lunch in pleasant surroundings. The staff were very friendly and polite. All in all was pretty good but certainly would not want to raise their prices at all. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Encores at the Empire Theatre:
Despite excellent food and a good vegetarian menu, the quality of service has declined significantly of late.Very young wait staff who, whilst trying hard and are generally polite, have not been properly trained in waiting tables. Clearing my wife's plate then standing waiting for me to finish my meal at the table to clear mine? One apparently capable waiter supervising but not really helping.There was a large group...
