This tiny food outlet on the waterfront at Sylvan Beach, Bribie Island, serves up large delicious gourmet burgers and moorish chips. Very pleasant, friendly young staff. The piece de resistance is the handmade Italian ice- cream. Only problem at this stage is that it is open on Fridays and Saturdays! View all feedback.
I went to this restaurant on a Saturday night and I wondered why I had never discovered this hidden gem on Bribie Island before. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. My only regret was that I had no room left to try the tempting selection of ice creams after enjoying a burger and a milkshake. I noticed they had Turkish delight ice cream, so I am planning to come back next week to give it a try.

Your trading hours on your website need to be updated, but I'm thrilled that you have reopened after your renovation! The gelato was delicious, and I can't wait to bring my family back again.
I have searched far and wide for the best gelato, and Sundaze definitely takes the cake! The Salted Caramel flavor is my absolute favorite.
Some of the best food I've had on Bribie for a while . Great value for money !
