After driving an... read more The day before that second appointment, I called to check whether we could bring the steer in since we were making the trip from Guthrie again. After driving an hour and a half, we arrived only to be told that we were not on the schedule—nowhere to be found! Their schedule was full, and they couldn't take our steer. It’s unbelievable that they could mess up two butcher dates! There was no apology, nor any effort to rectify the situation. It felt like a complete waste of my time and gas. Nobody even offered to unload or process our steer, and the owner wasn’t present at all. They called him, but there was no attempt to make things right. I highly advise against using this company!
