I had chosen the big menu aging experience. eating was fantastic a moment of happiness followed the others. the wine was of selected quality, the explanations of the sommelier very informatiw. special highlight: the dessert was served by the chef. I was very happy to meet my grootaers personally. there was no espresso but a tea ceremony with a crimped tea that is specially compiled for the restaurant. I found him so delicious that I took a bag for home. jo grootaers is a true master in the kitchen and made me very happy. : I thank you very much and say so soon
