Have been regular visitors of the institution for several years. But over the past year, every visit has been accompanied by unpleasant incidents. Today is the last straw. The tables are sticky, the dishes a plate of pasta are poorly washed and dirty at the bottom, there are no hand towels in the toilet and the drying does not work. They said that they would bring tea immediately, a salad for 5 7 minutes, hot in 20. As a result, they brought tea only after 15 minutes, after 21 Caesars there was one without croutons , and after 26 minutes, fruit drink! Asked to bring crackers, waited 10 minutes useless. They asked to be removed from the account. Another 7 minutes were waiting for the bill. no apologies, just twitching from the waiter and receptionist. Unfortunately, you will have to look for another place for gatherings. No foot here anymore Original Являлись постоянными посетителями заведения в течение нескольких лет. Но последний год каждое посещение сопровождалось неприятнымм инцидентами. Сегодня настала последняя капля. Столики липкие, посуда тарелка с пастой плохо промыта и грязная внизу, в туалете нет полотенец для рук и сушка не работает. Говорили,что принесут чай сразу, салат 5 7 минут, горячее через 20. В итоге принесли только через 15 минут чай, через 21 цезари один без сухариков был , а уже через 26 минут морс! Попросили сухари донести,ждали 10 минут бесполезно. Попросили убрать из счёта. Еще 7 минут ждали счёт. никаких извинений,только дёрганье со стороны официанта и администратора. К сожалению,придется искать другое место для посиделок. Сюда больше ни ногой
