The quality of the wings was very poor and much smaller than expected. I will not be returning to this place again.

Mobile app said the order was ready for pick up.When I got there I had to wait fifteen minutes before the order was brought out and it was cold. Called the store to let them know what happened and the manager just said. Well, if you bring the food back, I'll give you a refund. No real resolution, no customer service. I usually don’t complain but driving back 15 minutes to get those things were annoying. They messed up on a previous order as well with something else. The bags are stapled together and they assured me the items were there. For now on I will double check or order from Buffalo Wild Wings. Food: 5 Service: 1
