If you haven't tried Saige Cafe in Jackson, stop everything and run. All I can say is AMAZING! Coffee is perfection and so far I tried a food product that was fantastic. You have prefabricated salads that look fantastic when you are in a hurry, but you can also order one. The atmosphere is beautiful, modern and quiet. The panini here is absolutely fantastic! Their cupcakes have just the right level of moistness, making it a great spot for a bite to eat. I love that they serve breakfast all day! The café has a lovely view of the newly renovated courtyard at the hospital, and the atmosphere is well put together. I tried their surf and turf burger special, and it was delicious! It’s a great place to grab ice cream, coffee, parfaits for your patient, burgers, sweet potatoes, and more. My favorite is the veggie panini with asiago artichoke dip, and I also enjoyed their club wrap with avocado!
I ordered through Grub Nabe, and my meal arrived on time. The food was hot and absolutely delicious!
If you haven't been to Saige Cafe in Jackson yet, drop everything and head over now! It's absolutely AMAZING! The coffee is perfect, and I've tried some incredible food there as well. They offer pre-packaged salads that look amazing, perfect for when you're in a rush, but you can also place an order for something fresh. The atmosphere is beautiful, modern, and tranquil. I can't recommend this place enough—I'm almost tempted to keep it a secret because I want it to be around forever! Go check it out!
