I absolutely loved the food; it was fantastic! The service was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly.

I ordered the pappardelle bolognese featuring wagyu beef, Parmigiano Reggiano, parsley, and ricotta salata. I had also ordered this dish during my last visit, and I highly recommend it. The homemade pasta is light, delicate, and simply delicious! Unfortunately, my partner was not as pleased with his meal. He opted for the chicken scarpariello, which includes sausage, prosciutto, peppadew peppers, and Yukon Gold potatoes. This dish is typically one of his favorites, being a classic, home-style meal. However, this particular version lacked appeal, and he didn't enjoy it at all. While every chef has their own style of presentation, this one fell short; it didn't have the robust flavor that a traditional scarpariello should possess, and the meat wasn't the right cut for the dish. We wouldn't recommend it. On the positive side, our friends were satisfied with their meals. They had the orecchiette with broccoli rabe and the salmon with fennel in a white wine-saffron broth. Overall, we will definitely return to Aqua Blu—it was a great night!

New Years Eve overall it was a great night. The music was awesome very appropriate for the crowd. Service was good too. Food is good not great. It’s a little too salty. It would be awesome if they added some healthier options mostly everything is fried cheesy not complaining about that, but some additional healthier options would be great.
