this place is incredible. I am a professional cook and a competitive bbq cook..so grill to find worth paying for me is hard. these youngs kill it. pork belly is just getting smoked. as salty and fat as it should be. brisket was on point, perfectly made fat, smoke taste only where it should be. dies for the summer dad bod so that the chocolates have to wait until winter, but the man looked phenomenal. she really deser... What Jim R doesn't like about Tejas Chocolate Craftory:
I had heard great things about this place from friends. However the food was ordinary and the worst part was they charged a 15% dine in charge for me and my wife to dine in. In all my years I have never been charged a dine in fee for any restaurant where I have dined in. Needless to say I don't think we will be back. View all feedback.
My new favorite restaurant! we went there on a Friday, about minutes before they opened. the line wasn't too bad. we've probably waited about minutes before we give up our order. beautiful relaxing music can also be heard outside while waiting line. ideal for visiting with its lines, and sitting up to a wonderful meal. the chocolate case is “convenient” on the way to order their meal. So, of course I stopped and bought one of them. I had the bird bacon sandwich with her house made limonade, my daughter had the brisket blues sandwich, and my son-in-law had pulled brisket and swarm. it was all very good. they have seats inside, outside on a covered veranda with ceiling fans, some tables right in front of the veranda and front on picnic benches with umbrellas. the chocolate truffles should die. we can't wait to go back! I can't wait to try their chocolate bread pudding!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The loaded brisket baked potato I ordered was incredibly delicious and quite large. My husband also enjoyed his brisket bahn mi. We were fortunate enough to try the burnt ends, which were absolutely mouthwatering. I highly recommend them. The truffles at this restaurant are also huge and decadent. The service was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I would definitely recommend trying the baked potato and burnt ends. The price per person for a meal is around $20–$30.
Asian let go I came here with my girlfriend and we bought a loaded potato brisket drink some waters and some other things and it was really good
I highly recommend Tejas for barbecue enthusiasts. Initially, I was disappointed by the traditional BBQ sides offered here. However, the meat at Tejas is exceptional and more than compensates for the sides. In fact, the meat is so good that you won't even miss having sides. My favorite dishes include the brisket baked potato, turkey sandwich, burnt ends, and the Chile Relleno sausage. We no longer bother trying other BBQ places because we know we will be let down. The service at Tejas is top-notch, and the atmosphere is fantastic for a dinner meal. The price per person ranges from $30 to $50. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere at Tejas a perfect 5.
