Company Christmas party we always have a great time snd service was fantastic

Good local restaurant. Food was good although for my taste a little heavy. Taste is different for everyone though.

Lot better long ago. Served coffee that was so old. Waitress said oh I'm not a coffee drinker. Well, she should have had enough snap to know that coffee was so old. At least ask someone. I'm not going back again. Food is average service, not good

I also had Onion Strings and Steamed Vegetables as my sides. The Onion Strings were crispy and light, with no greasiness at all. The Steamed Vegetables were cooked perfectly—not mushy or overdone, just right. The menu offered a nice variety of options, but it wasn't overwhelming; everything felt well-balanced. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of food we received. I honestly haven't enjoyed a restaurant experience like this in quite a while, where the quality of food, service, and prices all aligned to make the hour-long drive worthwhile. Thank you, Pecos Grilling Company! My son and I will definitely be returning!

I ordered the Cajun Fettuccine, and it was outstanding! As a native New Orleanian and a self-proclaimed food snob, I’m impressed.
