Unfortunately, the restau... read more This was my first time dining at a Panera Bread (unless it was catered through a job), and it was my first time attempting to dine in. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not kept clean. The floor was filthy with cockroaches running on it, and the fountain machines and counters were dirty as well. I understand why they do not allow pictures to be posted on their reviews, because I took some myself.

I was very disappointed by another place in the city (the memorial place and never will return) and was somehow skeptical to go to another Panera bread. I was in front of the cypress station and they made slight mistakes on my orders. Nothing too bad... we are all people.... in vain. I posted an online order the day before for Bagels for my co-workers and it was not ready (so we thought). When I went to my car, Alex ran out with my order and said it was ready. I was so glad he was checked for it after I told him that he shouldn't take care of the job (I drove to work late). Go to Alex! You have restored my thoughts of Panera-Brot honestly, especially after the terrible experience I had at the memorial site(this place is near my workplace). Thank you, sir.

The customer service was outstanding—Miss Princess, the cashier, was fantastic with the samples and provided thorough explanations. I absolutely loved my experience and hope there are coupons available, as I definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
