When a customer's order is large, it is understandable to wait. However, in this case, the order was given to someone else after 15 minutes of waiting, which is unacceptable. I visited the restaurant around 10:15 pm on a Saturday night and went through the drive-thru. While in line, I heard some annoying noises and noticed that the first drive-thru window was closed. I saw two children banging on the window in the back where the employees are. When I got to the cashier, I asked about the children and was told that they were actually working there.
I had a very difficult experience at this restaurant. After placing an order for $46 through the app, my mother and I discovered that there was a glitch in the system. The location never received our order, which was frustrating for both parties. The woman working there advised us to drive back and try placing the order again, in case it never went through. Despite showing proof of the order through the app, as well as providing dates and bank statements showing the money being deducted, she was unable to help. When I asked for the HR or management number, she claimed not to have it. After some back and forth, she eventually agreed to let me speak to her manager the next morning. However, after numerous emails and attempts to rectify the situation through the company, we were informed that we would not be refunded. They claimed it would take 10 days, but it has been almost 4 weeks with no resolution. This experience left me feeling unsatisfied with the customer service and questioning the integrity of the establishment.
