The workers they do not even look at when they wait attentively for order! then when they do, they tell them to wait with a dead star. waited over 10 minutes to get attention and order my food. eating was good ok, but the price was astronomical high $15 for a bowl rice. not recommended to get eat from another food truck in this operation

Wow!! From Dallas coming back from Galveston stop here and OMG !! I wish I could give them more stars so damm good Peruvian all the way!! And the ceviche to die for!! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you El Bitute and Thank you for opening on a Monday! ?

Food was fantastic, location is great after the Texas sun goes down, very family friendly and live music.The lomo saltado was perfect, the beef was tender and flavorful and is in my top 5 beef experiences, the steak fries picked up the juice.The papa reliena was great, beef stew inside a fried sweet pastry.And I can't remember the name of the last dish, but basically chicken fried rice to rival any Chinese restaurant.Maddie came by our table, took our drink order and asked if we needed anything else, was super friendly and really completed the dining experience.

This restaurant lacks flavor compared to other locations. The young staff is disrespectful. I won't be returning. There are better options out there.
