I don't understand how a Chipotle can run out of so many items. When I went to place my order, they were out of queso and brown rice, and the food that was available looked really old. After seeing similar comments from others, it seems like this has been a recurring problem. It's unacceptable that so many people are complaining and yet nothing seems to be done. To make matters worse, the teenagers working there were playing loud music, and there wasn't enough food to serve the customers properly.
I had to spit out a lot of the steak because it was so tough and full of gristle. Plus, they ran out of forks, which made it tricky to eat a burrito bowl with just a spoon. On the positive side, the service was quick and friendly, and everything else about the meal was satisfactory.
