A basic chicken burrito... read more The portion sizes don’t seem to have increased to reflect the price hikes; if anything, I feel like I'm getting less value for my money. A basic chicken burrito now costs nearly as much as a complete meal at a local diner, and let’s not even get started on the added charges for guacamole—it's frustrating! To make things worse, the service has not improved at all. You’d expect that with higher prices, they could provide better customer service or fresher ingredients, but unfortunately, that isn't happening. The experience remains the same, with staff rushing you through the line without any personal touch. Honestly, I’m beginning to question whether it’s worth it to keep eating at Chipotle. There are plenty of other restaurants where prices feel justified by the quality and service. Unless Chipotle reconsiders their approach, I might have to say goodbye. It’s a real disappointment!

I don’t not recommend save ur money and go somewhere else.

When I went to place my order, they were out of queso and brown rice, and the food that was available looked really old. After seeing similar comments from others, it seems like this has been a recurring problem. It's unacceptable that so many people are complaining and yet nothing seems to be done. To make matters worse, the teenagers working there were playing loud music, and there wasn't enough food to serve the customers properly.

On the positive side, the service was quick and friendly, and everything else about the meal was satisfactory.
