Seeing as the phone never gets answered I'll put my issue online. Ordered last night online for pick up. Needless to say I was less then impressed, no cheese on either sandwich one of which I had ordered and paid for extra cheese Philly steak. The other was missing 3 of the essentials that came with the sandwich to begin with! View all feedback.
The last dozen or so times we went here the people taking our orders didn't speak English so they messed up pretty bad in my orders.
Fantastic food as always, the employee working that evening was on top of everything and was cranking out the sandwiches
I drove out town. It said online they close at 9:30pm and it was 10 min after 9pm.Thet girl wouldn't make me a sandwich, and there was 20min left and the open sign was on.The Franchise owner or whoever obviously could careless how his/her store is ran.Like most customers, i won't be giving that place, one more dollar from me.
I don't usually complain, I used to work here so I get it and I try to be understanding but everytime I order there it's a mess. The sandwiches are a complete mess, no napkins in either bag. I have 6 sandwiches none of them labeled. While u don't HAVE to label them it's a nice thing to do. Maybe it's because it was my order and I did used to work there but it's every single time there is something wrong , or missing . To the point that I barely eat there at all anymore. Spending over 60$ for food should ensure it's correct, neat and has all essentials..I'd like to add it's in the evening that I try to visit.
The two women working this particular shift were very nice and engaging with us.-Thanks for doing an awesome job ?
