Tim Hortons - Toledo

The employees are required to start work at 4-5 in the morning and still have to pay for their meals. There is not enough time to prepare breakfast at home. The owners are rude and disrespectful, and they treat the staff illegally. The pay is also terrible. I would never recommend Tim Hortons. The manager, Joe, is incompetent and potentially racist. His behavior creates a hostile working environment, with instances of punching and throwing things. I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel it is important to say: DO NOT go to Tim Hortons. It is not a healthy environment in any aspect.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at this Tim Hortons location! I work nearby and always enjoy stopping in for a quick bite or drink. However, due to some recent negative experiences with both the food and customer service, I had stopped going there. The two employees I interacted with during this visit were outstanding! From their excellent service and helpful suggestions when I couldn't decide what to order, to the super friendly guy at the drive-thru window who took my payment, it was an overall great experience. I hope this review reaches these two workers, as they completely changed my opinion of this location. They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service!

The donuts at this restaurant are consistently bland and taste like they have been sitting out for at least an hour. They are stale and unappetizing, regardless of the flavor. The ice cappuccinos are overly sweet with 160 grams of sugar, which should be illegal. I gave this restaurant 1 star because the only redeeming quality is their bagels. They are always freshly cut and toasted, with a decent amount of cream cheese.

This restaurant has the best coffee in the area. Whenever I am near a Tim Hortons, I always make sure to stop and get a cup.

This restaurant appeared to be a pleasant and tidy establishment. I wish there was one located closer to me, but whenever I have the opportunity, I always choose Tim Hortons. I really enjoy their coffee and baked goods! Thank you for brightening up my day with something sweet.
