What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
no one cares more! there were two breakfast sandwiches, the speck and the sausage undercooked; the muffins were heated, not roasted; the donut had some glaze poured, it was not dipped. the ice cream was just terrible. I went back a past and complained that the speck is not cooked. they told me not to worry, it's precooked speck. the workers do not care, the branch manager does not care, and the franchise owner is too... I stopped by the drive-thru to order six donuts, and with 40 minutes left until closing, they informed me they didn't have enough to fulfill my order. It takes just 5 to 8 minutes to make a donut, and I would have been happy to wait, but they refused to make any. We ended up leaving. This has happened to me at several locations, which is one of the reasons I rarely visit Tim Hortons anymore—they seem unwilling to make donuts. It's ridiculous that they couldn't prepare just four donuts with so much time left before closing.
I experienced rude and disrespectful service when I asked a simple question. I called to inquire if I could walk through the drive-thru, and the employee said yes. However, when I arrived at the window, no one attended to me. I called back, and she told me that I couldn't walk through after all. When I asked her why she had initially said I could, she responded, "Well, maybe you should have a car." I will definitely never return to this place again.
This place is rarely open, and when it is, they either get my order wrong or the quality of the food and drinks is disappointing. I used to really enjoy Tim Hortons, but now it's such a letdown.
NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION ! THEY ARE NOT FAiR AND VERY RUDE SO IS MANAGER AND NEW EMPLOYEES!
