they refuse to make them a Double~Decker taco, although it is on the menu online. I was in a couple of weeks ago in the position to get a woman who took my order and had worked for taco bell for about 20 years! She praised me that she knows how she was her. So I pushed two of them. I don't know how it is. darn it! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
very disappointed by my visit! they put the pizza on the bottom of the bag with 12 tacos on the top and the half of the order was screwed a deluxe box a what was missing everything in the box because they did not use box a throw everything in the bag! please use them boxes that make it so much easier and order some people because they are easier for children and know that everything is in there View all feedback.
It was the worst thing we ever got from them. we both got food poisoning and were sick for 3 days. we have no plans to get back to this place will probably be a long time away before one of us will eat again at another tacoglocke.
Dec 9th 811pm. Waited in their drive thru for 20 minutes and told me they were only taking door dash. when I questioned someone else said the system was down. Long line of passed people because you can't get out of the line. BS!!
A bit confusing with the new Mobile App/Delivery service. about if you use a computer everyday you'll adapt quickly. I like the new system. Things I disliked, you can only have your receipt emailed or in app or choose no receipt ... so I did choose no receipt since I was there for pick up and wouldn't you know I didn't get my drink order and I know I walked out without checking. I hope they bring back in house printed receipts.
I gave them 1 star, because 0 wasn’t an option.Horrible service,, the young ladywearing a Hijab was not customerservice friendly… I got my order andthe Mexican Pizza, looked like it hadbeen returned by another customer, Or,someone else ate out of it. I called toexplain the situation, and was told that the reason my pizza looked like that, isthe boxes are flimsy, and the Pizza'sare falling apart in them. I was alsotold that I could come back and, get acombo with no cost to me. I was toldto ask for Melissa, the Manager whowould take care of me. I returned andthe Dining-room doors were locked. I drove through the Pick-up window, andattempted to explain that Melissa toldme to come back. The lady with theHijab, said they don't know a Melissa. Itold her, I just talked to someone on the phone, who identified as Melissa the Manager. tired of playing games),I pulled up to the 2nd window,and another worker in his hoodie, wassitting on the counter on his cellphone. I decided that this would be my last time going to this location.
Did not say hi welcome to taco bell. Said hello. But the worse part is they miscommunicate. We asked for double steak grilled cheese burrito and a deluxe box. Got up front to pay and said they needed to add the double steak burrito and manager came and said no you should of looked at screen. No she was changing screen as she said price and pull forward. Manager said your order is complete and I have car behind you complete so you can't change your order. I know 100% positive you can. I have no doubt. Been on both sides of the window for that issue. Manager was rude wouldn't fix it. We won't be back. But I do want to say the young man was pleasant tried learning but was told and taught wrong. Taco bell needs to amp up their communication and customer service skill. Again we will drive out our way to avoid this place. We drove up from west Virginia and hit taco bell twice. First one was so sweet very pleasant. It was airport hwy in Holland. Second one will not get another dime from me
