What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I ordered online and they were from an article I ordered instead of calling and explaining that they have accused me anyway. When my delivery came here, the brotsticks had so much spiced that they were also useless, they were neither cut nor cinnamon, he said they were pulled apart. they were not definitiv. I called and the first person I spoke with cannot afford any refund. maybe 10 minutes later talking to the mana... View all feedback.
I would give him a 5-star rating with the exception of missing suppliers. the delivery rubers they have are great. be quiet when they crash early in the day.
Had good experiences fora while. The last two times were terrible. Once I ordered around 715. Called in around 8. They were short staffed and I said ok. They said they would get it to me asap. 30 minutes later got cold a d partially burnt pizza. This last time ordered around 7. Got the text by 720 it was out for delivery. 750 called to see where it was at. No answer. Never received anything. Might as well close it down. It's definitely dropped in quality and customer service.

I ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After over an hour I called the store back and canceled my order because how long it was. I voiced that I would never order from Pizza Hut again with this kind of service. And the women working for Pizza Hut states to me COOL . Really what customer service is cool ? Guess Pizza Hut isn 't worried about loosing customers. Hope Pizza Huts corporation knows what workers they have representing their franchise.
While you are on hold they have a recording telling me about there legendary service which I hear 3 times before finally having someone answer. The person takes my order and puts me on hold again. I get to listen for another 2 times about the legendary service before someone else picks up and asks to take my order. I tell him I just placed it with someone and then got put on hold. He says I 'm the only one here it must Jabra been the call center. Have to replace my order again for whatever reason. . I get we are all short staffed but just shuffling me around and making me place the same order to numerous people is pretty silly and ridiculous. You guys might wanna change that recording though.. nothing about my service was legendary.
