Chipotle Mexican Grill - Toledo

To make matters worse, I received a phone call from the restaurant when I got home, but it didn't improve my experience. The only reason I am giving this place one star is that I couldn't submit a review without any stars. Moving forward, I will definitely avoid this restaurant.

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and it's been consistently disappointing. My call-ahead and mobile app orders tend to arrive cold, and the portion sizes are quite small. Many of the employees come across as either rude or indifferent, but I can’t fault them entirely; it's clear that poor management is to blame, especially given the terrible customer service I've experienced when trying to resolve issues. I would recommend going to the Taco Bell at Franklin Park Mall or the one on Central instead.

I encountered poor attitudes and service during my visit. It felt like they were focused more on trying to manage every single food item rather than serving customers. I didn’t want to engage in conflict with some high school staff, so I simply took my order and left. I won’t be returning, as this experience was far from enjoyable. I’m also curious how they manage to justify such inflated prices on a $30 order.

I have a steak bowl and the steak was burned and made very good. the white rice was crispy and the black beans were very over boiled so much that they were only peeled. it seems as prices rose the quality of food went down. food: 2/5

I ordered a Steak Bowl. For the first time the steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. All the veggies were fresh and tasteful. I enjoyed the Bowl delicious I recommend to anyone that enjoys a healthy meal.
